Job review from Building in ON on 01/12/23

We had Groundhogs Ltd come and re-do a waterproofing system (blue-skin, weeping tile, & sump pit) at one of our properties. A previous contractor did a terrible job and we continued to have water issues. These guys know what they're doing and since they've left, we have had 0 water issues. Upon further inspection of the foundation on this job it was determined that the foundation was beginning to fail in one area. One of the Groundhogs crew recommended their PowerBrace product to us to fix the issue. This prevented any further movement of the foundation for years to come and it was much more affordable than replacing any parts of the structure.
